Return Policy

Returns

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, no tears, scuffs, or rips. The original tag must be attached to the beanie.

Please note: Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping label. We do not cover return shipping costs.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange your beanie for a different size or color, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
